Our Grass Production Offerings

The aim of the WagNou Boerdery Debushing Program is to keep our Namibian bush encroachment a national disaster in Namibia. Clearing areas from the invader bush is a challenging and intensive project. 1 000 ha have been cleared of which 500 ha is planted Blue Buffalo and 500 ha is naturally occurring field grass.

WagNou Boerdery currently has two different types of grass that are cut and baled for sale to the public:

1. Blue Buffalo (Cenchrus ciliaris).
2. Naturally occurring field grass in de-bushed areas.
